Seismic retrofit and kitchen renewal at a long-standing unagi restaurant, completed without stopping business.

Starting with AC installation in 2011, we handled seismic reinforcement, kitchen ceiling, ducting, and metalwork in 2012. Sequencing without halting daily operations was the heart of the job.
