About our work

  • Q.Can I just consult without committing?

    Of course. Tell us about your hopes and worries — take your time. Consultation and quotes are free, and we never push a sale, so please feel at ease.

  • Q.What areas do you cover?

    Mainly Fujimino, Saitama and the surrounding areas. Even if you're a little farther out, do ask — there may well be something we can do for you.

  • Q.Can I visit the site during construction?

    Please do come by. More than anything, we value progress you can see and agree with — and we'd love for you to enjoy the scent of fresh plane shavings with us.

  • Q.Do you provide aftercare?

    Of course. Handover isn't the finish line — it's the start of a long relationship. Whenever something's on your mind, just give us a call.

Cutting board refinish

  • Q.What kinds of cutting boards can you refinish?

    Wooden cutting boards — leave them to us. We're sorry that plastic and rubber boards can't be shaved. For boards with serious cracks, do let us take a look first.

  • Q.How much does it cost?

    Roughly ¥500–¥1,000. It depends on the size and condition of the board, so we'll quote you after a quick chat. Please don't hesitate to ask.

  • Q.How long does it take?

    It depends on the day you book. Depending on availability, we can sometimes finish on the same day you drop it off — within 30 minutes if things go quickly. Just ask.

  • Q.Can I ship the board to you?

    Yes, we accept boards by post (round-trip postage is at your cost). Just let us know in the booking form.
